1. Client Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once paid.

  • Clients may reschedule an event within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability.

  • Any changes to the event date or details must be communicated at least 7 days in advance to avoid additional fees.

2. Business Cancellations

  • Vanilla Tribe reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, or acts of nature).

  • In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including deposits.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduled events are subject to availability.

  • Any price differences for the new date will be communicated and agreed upon before confirmation.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a client does not show up for a scheduled event without prior notice, the full amount will be forfeited, and additional services may incur extra charges.
