1. Client Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable once paid.
Clients may reschedule an event within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability.
Any changes to the event date or details must be communicated at least 7 days in advance to avoid additional fees.
2. Business Cancellations
Vanilla Tribe reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, or acts of nature).
In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including deposits.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduled events are subject to availability.
Any price differences for the new date will be communicated and agreed upon before confirmation.
4. No-Show Policy
If a client does not show up for a scheduled event without prior notice, the full amount will be forfeited, and additional services may incur extra charges.
